Hot stones massage is designed to relieve severe tension with the aid of heated basalt stones to increase circulation, soothe discomfort in the muscles and connective tissue.

Massage is safe in all trimesters. 

Prenatal massage is designed to relieve the physical discomforts of pregnancy, such as back pain, leg cramps, and swollen ankles using gentle techniques that are safe for both mom and baby. A prenatal cushion is used so the client can lay on their stomach safely and comfortably.

Reflexology sessions focus on specific points on the feet to help issues within the organs,  organ systems and discomfort of the body.
