Equilibrium Medical Massage Massage Therapy: Results Driven Sessions

Welcome to Equilibrium Medical Massage Massage Therapy! I use a variety of massage techniques to help with chronic tension,  recover from injuries, reduce pain, and promote overall wellness.

I specialize in Myo-Fascial Unwinding, blending many techniques to comfortably reduce chronic pain,  nerve impingements, loss of range of motion,  chronic headaches,  joint discomfort, SI Joint Dysfunction, Rotator Cuff and Frozen Shoulder Issues among other chronic pain and injury conditions. 

Medical Massage is a higher certification and training and  it requires understanding of surgeries and Injuries, the body's patterns and imbalances as well as a thurough understanding of the soft tissues relationship to movement and the nervous system.  

Sessions are results driven and are often booked as treatment plans with assigned homework,  stretching,  exercises,  body posture check in and various other approaches to help you achieve total body wellness.
