Medical Massage Therapy sessions address chronic tension, injuries, pain, and treats health conditions when appropriate. A medical practioner referral may be recommended depending on your insurance provider but it's not always necessary to recieve a medical massage session.
I Am An IN NETWORK PROVIDER With REGENCE and AETNA Insurance Patients; Regence (TriWest) Provides VA Benefits.
For other insurance providers (BCBS, BCID, etc) you can easily file for reimbursement. There is an additional fee to prepare invoices for reimbursement for clients with insurance I am out of network for.
To book an appointment for Medical Massage to be billed to your insurance a minimum of
4 units is required
1 unit is 15 min.
Medical Massage Therapy requires extensive training and certification in addition to State Licensure requirements and initial formal training.
Medical MassageTherapy Certification includes an in depth knowledge of pathology, anatomy, physiology, mobility, medications, injuries, surgical procedures and pre/post op recovery activities. Proper certification is essential to providing CERTIFIED MEDICAL MASSAGE THERAPY.
My specialty in Fascial Unwinding gets measured effective results. Currently I am the only Medical Massage Practioner in the North Idaho Area that provides Fascial Unwinding Therapy.
Customized treatments plan including Myo-Fascial techniques, Red Light Therapy, Cupping, ART, Trigger Point Therapy, Microcurrent, Fascial Unwinding and Structural Integration will be designed to provide results driven massage sessions to reach your goals.
